About "Smart Seniors" Consumer eHub
The Consumer Council is dedicated to safeguarding consumer rights, with a particular focus on the growing population of elderly consumers. Over the past 27 years, the Council has organised more than 1,300 seminars and held 5 consumer forums for 60 elderly service organisations, providing a platform for seniors to share experiences and opinions. Close to 68,000 elderly participants have taken part in these activities.
In addition, the Council delivers the latest product information and consumer tips to seniors through its monthly publication CHOICE, various social media platforms, as well as television and radio programmes.
