CLP’s “Smart E Living” Programme is dedicated to helping seniors and caregivers integrate into the digital lifestyle. To better support customers, CLP has introduced interactive tutorials for CLP App, available in both printed booklets and electronic versions. The interactive e-version is further enhanced with voice navigation by AI avatar, Louise Lee, enabling seniors to learn step by step with greater ease.
Through the CLP App, seniors can check electricity bills at any time, understand their electricity consumption, participate in Eco Fun games to earn points and redeem gifts, and even pay electricity bills directly—making daily life more convenient and reassuring.
